This little tool will save you a bundle of time when working with streaming data sources. Like Aerial Imagery or goverment databases. It allows you to save the vectors and rasters locally, but save the connection information so they can be updated later. This means better performance, but also snapshots them in time for documentation reasons. Enjoy!
